Privacy Practices
Rock County’s Notice of Privacy Practices describes in detail your rights and Rock County's responsibilities with regard to patient privacy under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All health care providers (doctors, hospitals, government health programs, etc.) are required to give a Notice of Privacy Practices to their clients/patients.
