Josh Smith

Josh Smith was appointed Rock County Administrator in June 2014. Prior to becoming County Administrator, Josh served as Assistant to the Rock County Administrator, in nonpartisan positions for the Wisconsin Legislature, and at UW System Administration.

Josh received his Master’s Degree in Public Policy from American University in Washington, DC, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. Josh and his wife live in the Town of Harmony, where their three children attend the Milton School District.
