Yearly Budget Process

October: County Administrator submits a recommended budget to the County Board of Supervisors.
November:  The County Board adopts the county budget and sets the tax rate.

 
Budget Documents 

The Administrator’s Letter represents the budget message, as recommended.  The Statistical Report for the adopted budget includes information on tax levy support by department, expenditures, and revenues by budget area, tax rates, and levies over the past 20 years, and other information.
