Pay by mail: the mailing address is 51 S Main Street, Janesville, WI 53545. If you are requesting a receipt, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
Online payments: www.co.rock.wi.us/treasurer
Click on Paying Property Taxes > Payment Options > GovTech Services Inc. website to pay with a debit card, credit card, or e-check. Or call 1-855-912-7625 & follow the voice prompts. There is a fee for using these services.
We have a Drop Box inside the Rock County Courthouse building before security and one next to our office door on second floor.

Public parking is in the front only (upper & lower parking lots) and you must go through Security if you want to come to the 2nd floor.
