About Surveyor PDFs
Records modernization is an on-going effort.
Files will be added periodically as they become available.
Users should not assume PDF versions of surveys to be at scale or a replacement for viewing/copying originals at the Surveyor's office.
PDF versions of surveys found on this site may or may not be as clear and/or legible as the originals located in the Surveyor's office. They are of reasonable size and quality and are provided as a convenience to users. Their resolution is limited to permit maximum internet download speeds and to conserve County server file space.
Original documents can be viewed at the Surveyor’s office during business hours. Scheduling an appointment is suggested.

PDF files are provided as a convenience and are not intended as a substitute for an on-site public records inspection. Rock County assumes no liability, whatsoever, for using and relying solely upon on-line records. To date, over 42,000 documents have been searched, scanned, uniquely named, combined, saved and linked to the Surveyor database; users should assume that omissions exist as our Standard Operating Procedure, (SOP), was to perform QA/QC checks of 25-33% of the documents found, scanned and made available on-line.
