Summary

A current, uniform address point dataset that includes all cities, towns and villages within Rock County is needed to identify addressed structures, which includes but is not limited to:  residences, businesses, parks, landmarks, cemeteries, technology structures. This dataset is to be used only as a resource since GPS data collection for every address point is not feasible.  This data file is updated as necessary.

Description

The address point feature class was created to assist 911 dispatchers/calltakers in locating wireless E911 callers. Sources include: current aerial photography, NAIP aerial mosaic imagery, parcel maps, limited GPS collection and physical verification when necessary.
