Emergency Assistance
The Rock CVSO office has set aside limited funds for veterans who are in EMERGENCY situations. This assistance may include gas/grocery vouchers, assistance with rent or utilities, hotel stays, and other miscellaneous expenses. The veteran MUST have the following:
- Permanent resident of Rock County for a minimum of 90 days prior to application
- Have a copy of discharge DD-214
- DD-214 must be Honorable or General Under Honorable Conditions
- Situation must be an emergency
